JC: ***  November, 2003 We have been using North Branch Refrigeration for the past 14 years.  The quality of service has been outstanding. We manufacture medical devices and to print we must maintain room temperatures.  North Branch has balanced our units to control air flows and close temperatures. We have set up yearly maintenance contracts where we pay for parts only, and service is covered under the contract.  We have set up where North Branch is on call 24/7 with a two-hour on-site emergency service. They stock spare parts, and let me know when our quarterly filter changes are coming due. They have worked with us to meet installation deadlines with little to no impact to our manufacturing schedule. I would recommend this company as one you can count on for service and quality! DG: ***  December, 2003 The New London Sewer Department office had an unacceptable odor issue until Bob Bethel of North Branch Refrigeration installed new ventilation and air conditioning.  Upon his initial consultation he found that the building was improperly vented.  This problem was corrected by installing a large volume exhaust fan in the headworks area.  This eliminated the odor issue that had been a problem for twenty years. The next problem area was the air conditioning and heat exchange problems the building had. North Branch installed new central air and air exchangers that now adequately and efficiently cool and ventilate the building. The New London Sewer Department is confident that Bob and his Company can address all concerns a customer has about ventilation and air conditioning. Diane: ***   Air Filtration System For six years, I lived in a house that was built in the 1700s.  During that time, I had severe respiratory problems, which included pneumonia three times during the winter months.  I had never had problems like that before.  The doctor determined that I had an allergy due to the mold in the house, which had been severe enough to damage my immune system. After that, we lived in a condo (built in the 1970s) for seven months, while we were building our new house.  During that time, I still had respiratory problems and had pneumonia once that winter. We started our new house in 2000 and finished it in 2001, with a new air filtration/heating system installed by North Branch Refrigeration.  My health has been much better as far as respiratory ailments are concerned.  I haven't even had a cold since we've moved here.  I'm sure the heating system has a lot to do with it.  I was thinking being sick was going to be the pattern of my life forever, but it's wonderful.  It changed so drastically.
